Our Story
Dilys Search was created in response to a growing challenge across the sector. Leadership vacancies were lasting too long. Operations were under strain. Quality and compliance were being affected.
Organizations needed a partner who understood these realities, not a generalist recruiter sending resumes without context.
We built a search practice dedicated to care environments, grounded in sector knowledge, structured evaluation, and a hands-on approach that respects the urgency of every hire.
